Friday, November 7th
Bridport Central School is having its 3rd annual Spaghetti Dinner and Basket Raffle from 6pm to 7pm. Eat in or take out. Support the kids and their year-long STEM unit.
Saturday, November 8th
All Saints Parish Hall, 160 Main Street in Richford is having Bingo. Doors open at 11:30am and the games begin at 1pm.
St. Pius, the 10th Church, Route 15 in Essex Town, is having a Christmas Bazaar from 9am to 3pm with crafters, baked goods, raffle and a visit from Santa Claus (11am-1pm). Lunch will be available.
St. Peter’s Parish, 85 South Maple Street in Vergennes is holding family-friendly bingo to raise money for the church’s Cemetery improvements. Doors open at 5pm and the games begin at 6pm.
The 37th annual Brain Injury Conference is being held at the Best Western Plus Windjammer, 1076 Williston Road in South Burlington from 9am to 4:30pm. Tickets are $10. Go to www.biavt.org or Facebook for tickets and more information.
The VFW at 530 Exchange Street in Middlebury is having a Crafters Market with vendors and food from 9am to 12:30pm.
Faith United Methodist Church, 899 Dorset Street and All Saints Church, 1250 Spear Street, both in South Burlington, are hosting their 2025 Holiday Bazaar beginning at 9am to benefit Common Roots and South Burlington’s Food Shelf and offering food access to those in need.
The First Congregation Church, 39 Main Street in Essex Junction is having a Craft Fest/Toy Drive from 9am to 3pm. There will be over 30 crafters including Jenn Ellis, maker of Bernie’s mittens, basket raffles, baked goods and toy donations (no stuffed animals) for those in need.
United Church of Fairfax is holding its annual bazaar at the James Herbert Bellows Fairfax Community Center, 1210 Main Street (Route 104) from 9am to 2pm with crafts, baked goods and more.
A Crafter and Vendor Fair is taking place at the Vergennes American Legion, 100 Armory Lane, from 10am to 3pm to benefit The Veterans Place in Northfield, Vermont.
Tuesday, November 11th
The Disabled American Veterans is conducting the Veterans Day Ceremony at Ethan Allen Cemetery across from Camp Johnson in Colchester beginning at 11am.
Thursday through Sunday, November 13th – 16th
Lyric Theatre presents the musical “A Chorus Line” at the Flynn Theatre on Main Street in Burlington with evening performances Thursday through Saturday and 2pm matinees on Saturday and Sunday. The Vergennes American Legion Post #14, 100 Armory Lane, is having live music by Short Notice from 7pm to 10pm. The public is invited.
St. John the Evangelist, 106 Vine Street in Northfield is having a Vermont Crafts and Products Fair from 9am to 3pm with ornaments. jewelry, stained glass, jams jellies, syrup. Fudge and more.
Colchester’s annual Christmas Craft Show takes place at the high school, 900 Main Street in Colchester from 9am to 4pm. There will be crafters, basket raffles, soups, chili and bake sale for take-out.
The Heineberg Community Center, 14 Heineberg Road (off of North Avenue) in Burlington is hosting a Holiday Bazaar from 9am to 2pm with food, crafts and a flea market.
Sunday, November 16th
The Ethan Allen Homestead off of the Burlington Beltline presents “How Vermont Became Iconic: From Backwater to Wonderland” with Doug Slaybaugh, professor of history emeritus at St. Michael’s College. The talk is from 2pm to 3pm and is free to the public.
